The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent from our store here on the Sunshine Coast. Orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 12pm between Monday - Friday.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Store to your door. Interstate delivery usually takes about 5 business days. QLD orders are usually delivered in less than 5 business days. All orders are shipped by Australia Post.
- We try our hardest to meet these times but can take longer from time to time.
- Orders under $120 cost $10 for delivery Australia wide.
- Orders under $120 cost $16.50 for Express Delivery Australia Wide.
- Orders over $120 are free delivery Australia wide.

At Shannons Shoes we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our online returns policy offers you either an exchange or full refund on unworn merchandise within a 30 day period.
We appreciate it's not always easy buying online and we understand that you may need to return or exchange items. You may return or exchange your online purchase to our physical store or post it back to our online store. We will gladly provide you with a replacement item or refund your purchase price. The costs to return the goods are incurred by the customer. We suggest the use of registered Post or Express Post for retuning items to enable tracking.
Simply return the unworn merchandise in the original box in re-saleable condition along with a copy of your receipt to receive an exchange or refund.
