At Shannon’s Shoes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We appreciate it's not always easy buying online and we understand that you may need to return or exchange items.
Our online returns policy offers you either an exchange or full refund on unworn full priced merchandise within a 30-day period. Products with a discount up to 20% are eligible for either a refund or exchange. Products with a discount greater than 20% are final sale and are NOT ELIGIBLE to be returned for either exchange or refund.
You may return your online purchase to our physical store for an exchange/refund or post it back to our online store. Postage is non-refundable. The costs to return items to our store is incurred by the customer.
How to Return Your Order
- Package unworn/unused items into their original box/packaging.
- Include a copy of your original order/packing note or receipt with a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
- Place in a postage satchel addressed clearly with our address and your return address on it.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Items returned without tags, or that appear worn or washed, will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective coverings or boxes.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Earrings
- Socks
- Hair accessories
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear.

Please note: Please do not affix any postage labels directly to the shoe box itself or you may incur a re-boxing fee of $5.00

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned items, and this may result in items not being accepted for return, exchange, refund or repair.
