At Shannon's Shoes our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every week, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent from our store here on the Sunshine Coast.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Store to your door. Interstate delivery usually takes about 5 business days. QLD orders are usually delivered in less than 5 business days. All orders are shipped by Australia Post.
- We try our hardest to meet these times but can take longer from time to time.
- Orders under $150 cost $12.95 for delivery Australia wide.
- Orders under $150 cost $16.95 for Express Delivery Australia Wide.
- Orders over $150 are free delivery Australia wide.

Shipping to New Zealand
- We offer a flat rate fee of $25.00
- Order by 2PM AEST Monday - Friday for same day dispatch*
*During busy sale periods and after public holidays, please allow for additional processing time of orders.
