Pounded medallion hardware accent the multi-colored strappy upper offering a stylish, versatile look. Featuring an embossed microfibre footbed that is treated with an antimicrobial shield, keeping your feet cool and dry, with soft, cooling gel padding on top of polyurethane for maximum shock absorption. The outsoles are flexible, durable rubber.

At Shannon's Shoes our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every week, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
All orders are sent from our store here on the Sunshine Coast. Orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 2pm between Monday - Friday*
- We Offer Free Regular Shipping for all orders over $150.
- Orders under $150 regular shipping is $10.00 for delivery Australia wide.
- All Express Shipping is $16.50 for Express Delivery Australia Wide.

- We offer a flat rate fee of $25.00

Returns & Refunds
At Shannon’s Shoes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We appreciate it's not always easy buying online and we understand that you may need to return or exchange items.
Our online returns policy offers you either an exchange, store credit or full refund on unworn full priced merchandise within a 30-day period. Products with a discount up to 10% are eligible for either a refund, store credit or exchange. Products with a discount greater than 10% are only eligible for a store credit. Discounts greater than 30% are considered final sale and are NOT ELIGIBLE to be returned for either a store credit, exchange or refund.
For example:
- Linda is a first time customer and uses the 10% off discount code. She receives her shoes and they are too small. Linda can return these for either a full refund (less any incurred postage costs if the item was less than free shipping threshold of $150), store credit or exchange. Cost to return these shoes to us is at Linda's expense.
- Jane buys a dress with a discount of 25% in one of our sales. When it arrives, the dress is too big. Jane can return this to us at her expense and receive a store credit. Cost to return the dress to us is at Jane's expense.
- Sally buys a pair of shoes in one of our sales at 40% off. When they arrive Sally finds they are too small. Unfortunately, as this is such a large discount, this is considered a final sale and Sally is unable to return these to us.
You may return your online purchase to our physical store for an exchange/refund or post it back to our online store. Postage is non-refundable. The costs to return items to our store is incurred by the customer.
How to Return Your Order
- Package unworn/unused items into their original box/packaging.
- Include a copy of your original order/packing note or receipt with a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
- Place in a postage satchel addressed clearly with our address and your return address on it.

You may return your online purchase to our physical store for an exchange/refund or post it back to our online store. Postage is non-refundable. The costs to return items to our store is incurred by the customer.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Items returned without tags, or that appear worn or washed, will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective coverings or boxes.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Earrings
- Socks
- Hair accessories
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear.
